One of the most beautiful resorts we've stayed in. Huge clean rooms with gorgeous wood working. The service was impeccable and staff went out of their way to assist with our queries. The food was also delicious and the spa treatments were fabulous. The best part (for me anyway) was the big, kitted out gym. The perfect place to unwind and we loved it so much, we extended our stay. I miss the resort already.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous property, very comfortable rooms, real 5star experience. But what makes this hotel even more special is the staff. Very special thanks to NES superpolite and friendly helped me in green bus reservation and Ake Izzy when arrived he did hotel tour helped us alot nice man so professional beyond customer service driven.Also everyone else at the front desk, concierge desk, all restaurant staffs they all went above and beyond to make our stay in chiang mai extra special.
This hotel is so stunning from the exterior to the interior. The staff are extremely friendly and beyond customer service driven.
The bathroom is gorgeous with a large tub jakozy to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The shower is separated from the tub which is also a plus. Love it!
Be mindful of the Do Not Disturb sign If you need some heads Down quiet time to work or sleep, be sure not to forget to put that on because the housekeeping staff will knock, try to come in, etc. They are beyond customer service driven.
The staff at the front door always try to beat you to the door to open it and actually that is pretty much everywhere in the hotel.

Great old style hotel. Beats Shangri La as I stayed there first.
Room had jacuzzi, huge size.
Pool is nice. Pool bar is open.
Room is checked multiple times a day as I found out..

We stayed at RatiLanna for 4 nights, the hotel is beautifully designed and decorated with authentic northern thai styles, there are so many beautiful details. We had a suite with over 100 sqm, the suite looks amazing, with a whirlpool bathtub, and a spacious balcony with swing u0026 outdoor chilling bed.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good (not great but good, for us the selection is a little less compared to our resort in Samui, but of course the resort in Samui was also much bigger). The breakfast seating area is very nice, you have the river view and can choose to sit indoor with AC or outdoor. There’s all the facilities you need including gym, swimming pool, but as we had a very packed schedule, we didn’t have time for those facilities.
Overall we loved it, it’s a beautifully designed hotel and we can recommend it.

Cleanliness. Delicious and meticulous food. There is no buffet all by personal order from a waiter. Rooms are luxurious and decorated according to the Thai language. Extraordinarily nice and helpful. And everything is as beautiful as in a palace. Very quiet, and very solid. Are on a honeymoon here, in the future if we are to return of course.

We last stayed at RatiLanna six years ago, for the wedding of some friends, and I had forgotten what a classy hotel it is. The decor is stunning, and the property has been beautifully maintained. The use of solid hardwood everywhere is immensely attractive and ageless. I love it.

We had a 120 sq.m. 1-bedroom Executive Suite for our five-night stay, and although the hotel was full for the Xmas/New Year period, we paid a rate that was very reasonable by any standards. Staff are helpful and very pleasant, the room was superb, and the breakfast buffet excellent.

While the location is not central, it is easy and quick to get to most parts of the city by car or taxi, and conveniently located for travel out of town by car.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an incredibly positive experience. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Chiang Mai and looking for a relaxing experience.
