I had a terrific experience at this hostel. Beau, Baus, and La Da were very welcoming and the place is well kept. The beds are typical for a hostel (don’t expect luxury comfy beds, but they are clean and the bedding is cozy.) Awesome location close to everything! I would definitely stay here again. They have good suggestions for what to do (I went to see the elephants one day, hiking the next, and headed to Pai a couple of days later. The staff was very accommodating to what I wanted and I highly recommend this place!

Staff went out of there way to help accommodate guests! I loved how they had fresh fruit available and other little snacks, as well as a water refill station. The rooms were clean and I had some of my best sleeps. I highly recommend staying here. Beyond a great price- this is a place of comfort :) thank you for making our time in Chang Mai enjoyable! You all go above and beyond.

Stayed here two nights in between my hotel bookings. Absolutely loved it. Clean, soft beds, updated and well maintained. Staff speaks fantastic english, and has a warm friendly attitude. Next time in Chiang Mai, I'll be staying here. Plus the rooftop lounge is a huge bonus!

We booked this place for 2 nights and 3 days but checked out after a day because it was so miserable to stay here. Despite us leaving early we were not asked why were we checking out early or for any compensation. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lady at the reception but I didn’t like her attitude compared to other hostels and hotels in Thailand.
This place has no elevator so be prepared to climb up to 4 floors with your luggage or if you need to get water. The room was nothing like the photos are advertised, it’s small, very dim lighting and has ants. Also the bathroom and the toilet both have ants everywhere. The rooms are noisy as the walls are paper thin. This place is located in a good location though but so are many others around it for a much better experience even if you have to fork out a few extra dollars. Stay away from this place :)

We did not stay at the hostel (but inside everything seemed very well maintained), we dropped by almost every day for a massage. Na La Da and her team are so lovely and the massage therapists are doing more than a great job. Next year we will come back for sure!

Excellent hostel. Advantages: free tasty breakfasts, plenty of space, huge tv on the first floor with a Netflix account that one can watch for free after a long day of walking around the city, great open space at the top floor for yoga/music/watching the surrounding streets when it rains. Loved it. May get a bit noisy though because of the traffic, but earplugs help.

I had an okay experience with this hostel. I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights. The staff were nice at first, but it seemed like they got annoyed when you asked questions or had concerns. It was weird. I rented a towel and upon returning it at the end of our stay, the worker insisted that it wasn't white enough even though it looked exactly the same as when I first got it. I had to pay a fee and although it wasn't much (150 baht), it was just annoying and it felt like I was being cheated. I would recommend staying elsewhere in Chiang Mai.
