Riverside bar with plenty of room - 'November' is a new bar in town and catching on fast - particularly with the younger set.
It's situated near the Iron Bridge and you get to it by going through the entrance to the high-rise Diamond Riverside Hotel. That's the only way in. The map is accurate, so use that.
It's been created in the otherwise disused grounds of the Diamond Riverside Hotel, and I don't know if it's run by a different concern - or by the hotel.
It's becoming increasingly busy, even during early and mid-week evenings. There are 3 or 4 bars and plenty of tables and chairs, though just standing around the tall tables, drinking and chatting seems the cool thing to do. Plenty of 'chatting up' is going on.
Drinks are reasonably priced, with a large selection. There is a food menu, but not many people here were eating. It's ideally situated for a relaxing drink, overlooking the River Ping and the Iron Bridge - particularly after dark.
Highly recommended.
