Next time I'm in Chiang Mai I will be sure to stay here. The owner is the sweetest, warmest person. Her and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The location can't be beat! The room was spacious and spotless! We were very comfortable here. It's convenient to all the sights of the Old City and especially the Sunday Street Market. I can't say thank you enough to Little Bear's Home.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay! It’s right in the center of the old city and isn’t a far walk from restaurants, spas, and shops. Service was also good - one of our windows wouldn’t close all the way and they immediately switched us to a different room as soon as we told them! Would definitely recommend to others as a cozy place to come back to after a day in Chiang Mai!

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Chiang Mai right next to all temples. Perfect if you want a place not too exposed to noise and foot traffic. The cleanliness of all areas is superb. The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for one week. Its a worth staying here specially if you are travelling with your kid. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Very well trained personnel, in my opinion. All the employees of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly.

You do not get value for money. The location is great. Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. There are ***y restaurants within walking distance. It's right in the middle of Thapae Walking Street. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation.

Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. There's an abundance of nice places to stay in Chiang Mai, don't settle for somewhere like here. First the air conditioning wouldn't work and it took myself going down and up the stairs four times for the front desk to finally accept our sauna of a room wasn't suitable for us to sleep in after being exhausted from our travels. Second, we were told we could stay in certain rooms, but then were moved to other ones on two separate nights. Third, during the time that our stuff was supposed to be "safely moved" for us, my expensive beauty products and my father's shorts disappeared. Fourth, the front desk staff (that works in the most touristic part of the city) was useless for any sort of help. I once asked where I could get a massage and the male working the front desk told me he didn't know. After walking out of the hotel I found over 8 within five minutes of walking. I also asked a female working the front desk if she knew of a restaurant with air conditioning and she didn't, but we walked across from the hotel and there one was. Fifth, the rooms didn't have basic supplies like towels. Sixth, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Seventh, not a welcoming environment. I work in hospitality and would never allow for one of my guests to have an experience resembling mine at "Little bear's home". Very disappointing to see the lack of pride one would take in their business.

Located in a quiet alley where it is the centre of the old fort. Walking distance to anywhere. We stayed in room 405. Room and bathroom is clean and sufficient amenities. There's fridge, microwave oven, plenty of bottled water supply and most important, fast WiFi!
