Came here for PCR TEST that is required before flight. You only required to walk in, no booking needed but have to come in the morning. As usual limited english speaking staff ( chiang mai ram hospital is better to english speaking tourist for other major treatment)
As of today, 25 Jan, the price of different test are as follows in the photos, in english language.
Come to the hospital, ask direction for HEALTH CHECK UP DEPARTMENT which is on the 2nd floor and request for the test. payment can be by credit card, bring passport along. After the test, they can provide hardcopy or email copy once the result is ready.
Driving there you may have a hard time parking at their always full carpark, just park your car along the road outside should be fine.

Went to Lanna hospital this year to do a health check up, followed by a visit to the dermatologist as recommended by the doctor. I have severe allergies and my eczema has been affecting and impacting my livelihood, I went to see a doctor which he referred me to a dermatologist. The dermatologist didn't even take one look at me and didn't even check my symptoms. All he advised was to get a blood test, to see what I might be allergic to. Which I agreed to, allergy tests are a great way for hospitals to make money. Two weeks later I received the results and the dermatologist lazily explained what I was allergic to. But did not provide any helpful advice, or help for my allergies. Don't recommend!

I was getting an injection into arm muscle, and the nurse did not check that the needle did not get into a blood vessel. I think they are supposed to pull out the needle and check for blood before injecting. Watch it.

Update: I lost consciousness soon after this shot. Previous 2 shots of the same medicine in the past week were fine and I have eaten not long before so I blame injection practice, but then I’m not a doctor so who knows.

Went to the Au0026E after crashing on my bicycle requiring stitches. Took about 5minutes to register with a PDF of my passport and went to get stitched up within 10minutes! Really quick, even quicker than the hospital back in SG. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and helpful. Payment and dispensing of the medication took a while longer but overall still really pleased with the visit. The doctor and nurse dispensing the medication could speak English which was a great help for me.

We visited Lanna Hospital recently. The doctor did not issue a medical diagnosis nor ultrasound report by default. When asked, she, her nurse, and hospital management responded negatively as if my wife's medical record is the hospital's private property. The only reason I can come up with for their reluctance to issue diagnoses and test reports, is that the doctors are probably too under-qualified to take any responsibility for misdiagnoses or malpractice. In essence, Lanna is just a gloried clinic. Its doctors lack expertise and professionalism, nor guts to take responsibilities.

The staff is all fine. But the times to wait are sometimes was too high. You should bring at least 4 hours. There's an elder female doctor that wants to take blood every time. Even when i just had an headache.
