Cheap but location is far with Town. And the room a little old,. And the elevator build on every half floor, this is a little bit inconvenience. If u have the other choice, I won't recommend here.

It’s so cheap, every time 420B one night but faces superhighway that causes very noisy from early morning and sunrises directly makes too bright.

B2 Khamtieng Boutique u0026 Budget Hotel , you’ll be close to Lotus Khamtieng, a large discount department store - just opposite from the hotel and Central Festival Chiangmai, a newly big shopping mall.

Everything is ok but due to the highway before the hotel so difficult to access to the old city by walk.
