We stayed in Hostel One Art for four nights and extended for another two nights because we really liked our room. The owner gave us a big discount for our huge room with private terrace. The hostel is very nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the common kitchen can be used by the guest. It also has a common garden area with plenty of plants. The owner is very friendly and helpful and children are welcome too. The hostel is located in a quiet area in the old town and restaurants and temples are just in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hostel owned by the nicest people. The desk clerk is the kindest guy, always on his toes and ready to help with anything you need.
The rooms are very large for how little it costs, and the decorations and design of the hotel is just stunning, artworks covering the wooden walls and a cozy balcony good for both working and relaxing.
If you are going to stay in Chiang Mai, this is the place to be.

I stayed in the dorm room May 2022 as a "solo traveller" - I had such a good experience here. The hostel is so nicely designed with such beautiful artwork.

There is a bathroom area for communal guest's that are clean and run well.

The owner's son (Saksit) speaks great English, and is super helpful if you have any questions. His parents are also really nice, and his dad hand picks fresh fruit which you can help yourself too.

Other thing's - there's a communal fridge, and you can use the kitchen downstairs to make tea/coffee. There's also other amenities such as a hair dryer, shower gel/shampoo, and they provide a laundry service for 40baht/kg of clothing (which is standard in other areas as far as I can tell).

Location - great, it's located in the Old Town/City. Everything is walkable within the square e.g. night markets. There is a 7/11, and pharmacy 5min walk away. It gets a bit dark in the area, but I personally never felt unsafe walking around.

An amazing hostel. The staff and very nice and the facility in comfortable and cozy. The dorm room is great, with comfortable beds and enough space for anyone. The entire place is very clean and organized. Also, great location.

I had such a great time at this hostel. You will feel at home in this modern building, very confortable !
I stayed two more nights because it was so nice :)
Can't find anything to say to improve the stay, just perfect !

Very helpful reception. Beautiful place, extremely clean, also a very good price.
Close to the park and to some nice vegan/ vegetarian restaurants e.g.: the vegan society

The place looks amazing, highly maintained. The guy at the reception helped me a lot and recommend for places to visit.
The place is very quiet and relaxing.
Highly recommended!
