When I first went in my mixed room, it was quite messy and bags were placed everywhere on the floor which meant I couldn't leave my bag inside a locker because it was blocked by someone else's stuff. The vibe of the dorm room didn't feel comfortable when I first saw it, but you get what you pay for right? During the night I saw a very small bug under my blanket which looked like a bed bug and took a picture of it to show the receptionist. The whole night felt uncomfortable and I didn't want to use my blanket anymore, the reception is close after 10pm so I couldn't do anything about it. I told them the next morning about this problem and then after they didn't hesitate to move me to another room but they didn't seem surprise about it and didn't say much. The rest of the stay was a lot better after that. Overall its an okay stay with lovely staff but a huge concern on the beds and hygiene for me.

Awesome hostel !!! The staff is very friendly and and nice, the hostel is brand new and stylish, everything is clean, curtains on the side of the bed for more privacy, big lockers, free shampoo and soap in the showers, free towels and and free breakfast. The common area is quite small but the hostel is too so it's okay. Also, the wifi is really good. Favorite hostel in Chai Mai (I went to 3). Love ! :)

Best hostel I've been to in Thailand, the rooms are super clean, so as the bathrooms, the hostel is located in a very calm area, they serve breakfast too. They have rooms from 4 to 8 people, we took the small one as we were 3 people. The staff was very helpful, they offer all kinds of activities and you can book everything through them.

Amazing hostel. Super clean and nice room. The workers are so nice. The day I arrived they organize a BBQ for free and brought us to party. It is really a very cool place and locating is perfect. Chiang mai is highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, clean room and bed. Cool hostel and decor. Staff were helpful, kind, and pleasant. Other guests were fun to talk with. Very hospitable and accomodating. Loved our stay!

Just had a wonderful stay at Haus hostel. Its a home away from home! Wonderful people, cosy rooms and sociable hang out areas. The owner Ik was super friendly and showed us a great time. 10/10 Stay here ????

The place was clean and new. Good rooftop for beers and socializing. The only downsides were the beds were very hard, and the staff wasn't very engaging. Good free breakfast where you can make your own eggs.
