This place is a residence not a hotel.
it leaks of maintenance and old style.
The unit I rented was 611. it had a not of issues, clogged kitchen sink, more than half light bulbs not work, AC condensation leaked from ceiling, ,,and more minors. I reported to owner, no action taken for 6 days until I left still.

Great budget friendly condos. It's kept clean and there is always someone to help you out when needed. The building stays quiet with well mannered tenants. They have drinks and convenient item for sale along with fresh veggies, fruits and a restaurant.

A very old building and very old room, for the same price of a rent here you can definitely find a better solution in chiang mai, not recommended!

I had a deluxe apartment in which i lived for 3 months and it was very nice. Everything was on point. The building was cool, electors, open air space, friendly staff downstairs at reception, a convenience store that is 24/7 .. the only need was when we had a burst pipe which flooded the apartment, as you can see in the picture above bit apart from that it's been an excellent 3 months. Excellent

Great place to live, several of my friends live in the building and all enjoy it. There is a restaurant and vegtable stall in the buildimg and the food is delicious. Ive only heard good things about this residence.

I am giving this place 4 star for location. The building sitts in what looks like to be a middle-class neighborhood and it is the only tall building around .I enjoyed the view both day and night. Watching the city come alive in the morning and listening to the birds. And view to the mountains on clear days .I found it very refreshing to be somewhat removed from the tourist areas though it's only about 20 minute walk to the old city. As far as the apartment, it has everything one needs but don't expect some luxury. Plenty hot water and function in air conditioner. I am not quite sure if it can qualify as two bedrooms as it is really a bedroom and a loft. One has to walk through the bedroom in order to get to The Loft. The bed was quite comfortable. Having a washing machine is always a plus though there is a laundromat on the first floor. This is not a hotel building my guess is that the apartments are individually owned and the common areas are somewhat rundown. The lobby staff was super friendly though not employed by the owners of the apartment. I would stay again. I think it's ideal for family with kids.
