We are still feeling the effects of covid. There are not many guests so some of the bars and shops are closed. However, my stay was very pleasant. The rooms are modern, nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Location is good. A Lot of Shops u0026 food stall nearby, walking distance. BUT not a good experience stay with the hotel. Yes, room is large. Maintenance really needed. The floor that i stay, light bulbs at the lift lobby not working u0026 dark yet no maintenance come u0026 changed. Cleanliness is poor, spider on the bed. And happened that half of my slipper accidentally go under the bed, when pull out my slippers, OMG alot of dust u0026 hair come out together ????u200d♀️.
The mattress is old and deformed, and don't feel it when I don't lie down. As soon as you lie down, the whole side sinks. Anyone sleeping beside them felt it. Very uncomfortable. Can't rest well at all ????u200d♀️

It’s huge old hotel. Nearby to night market. Huge rooms. No tooth brush.

As their hotel reception they reopen the hotel on 1st May 2022.

Breakfast by buffet. Lot of food

Old city is too quite not much tourist around.

Not too bad, but not more. Close to night market in CNX, so good location. Don't remember the pool, so probably not worth it. Would rather go to Mae Ping or Meridien

Clean large classic hotel, great breakfast, many services offered inhouse, about 23 levels

I give 5 stars for this hotel. Excellent service. Location's near Night Market. Hotel breakfast had great variety of food.

Hotel just reopened after COVID and most facilities were closed.
Rooms were excellent and staff tried hard to help at all times.spa and main restaurants were still closed during my visit.
