This hostel is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make this hostel a welcoming and homely environment. The rooms are very clean and the common areas are well presented. I booked a day trip through the hostel and they were more than willing to do this at no extra cost, providing me with plenty of information and options. I am very satisfied with this hostel and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Chiang Mai.

This place is great! The front staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and delightful to chat with. There is a large lounge area, TV with movies always going, back patio for smokers. Everything is continuously cleaned. The location is primely situated within walking distance between the old city, a plethora of convenience stores, a huge night bazaar, and loads more. You won't be disappointed with these accommodations.

best Hostel I ever stayed at! The friendliest staff, they help you will all issues, book all kinds of trips for you and are open for talks. Very open people in all areas - so easy to find new people when you are a single traveler. Bathrooms are super clean and the breakfast is also much better than in most hostels (bananas, yoghurt, orange juice etc.). Also very close to the city circle - you can easily walk to the main attractions. I felt super safe and welcomed and would always come back again!

I loved d well hostel and would definitely stay again. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It had a great common area which was great for meeting people, as well as a separate tv area with Netflix. It was really clean, the bathrooms were really nice and clean. I was in a 4 bed dorm all the beds had curtains for privacy and we all had 2 lockers so plenty of space to store stuff. Breakfast is free, cereal, toast, juice and hot drinks. Great when you're on a budget. Good location near to the night bazaar and walking distance to the temples. I would definitely recommend.

Place is cozy and clean. Bed was good and staff is super friendly and helpful. I arrived really early (7am) and talked to staff beforehand so they tried the best to anticipate my check-in (that's usually at 2pm). I was also offered to have breakfast and take a shower if I wanted to even before getting the room.

Superb experience! My first time staying in a hostel. Clean beds, place, toilets, fantastic and super friendly staffs who goes all the way to help u! Prime venue to walk to old city, night bazaars, warorot market. Love the privacy of the curtains in the bed and also the huge cabinets they provide. Just bring your towels or u can rent from them too. I stayed at female dorm city view.

Another hostel, another bed bug attack. At this point I’ve spent more on having my pack cleaned than I have on the hostels. Great clean looking large hostel. Even spent more to stay at a nicer place. Have two stars because the staff was very understanding, courteous and gave me a refund after I showed them the bed bug itself. Out on the street at 7 am.

I told them to have the hotel treated by an exterminator and hope they do. This seems to be an epidemic in Northern Thailand. The hostels need to be having regularly scheduled treatments to resolve the issue. Backpackers should carry a plastic bag to keep their pack in to try and reduce the spread.

This is about the sixth hostel where I’ve been bitten and ACTUALLY FOUND the bugs. They get into your pack and you carry them to the next hostel. Some people have reactions to the bites (me) and others do not. Been traveling SE Asia 5 months, never encountered a bed bug ANYWHERE in my life until I got to Chiang Mai. Be aware guys.
