We booked a trip to the southern part of Thailand. They managed to give us a really easy trip. They booked every boat, transfer and nights at really good accomodations. If we needed them, help or information we were easily able to get in touch and they helped us out. No worries, everyhing went smoothly. Thanks for the whole week you gave us at nice places on the southern islands.

We paid the agency money in advance, gave them their Thai number and they didnt picked us for the tour. We called them and in the morning they didnt answer. In the afternoon they surprisingly answered but they hung up on us. In person the agency didn't return our money.

Not a reliable company. My partner and I booked with COT Chiang Mai as they said if we booked in Phuket we would have long wait times ect. They were very lovely at the office and gave us water and organised a taxi for us to sticky waterfall which was great. But once we arrived to Phuket we were picked up in the morning at the agreed time, got on the mini van and then onto a ferry at the drivers instruction. We had booked and paid for a speed boat to Phi Phi islands, with snorkeling, seeing monkey island and lunch. What we got was a ferry to Phi Phi Islands, an hour to explore and then a lunch that neither my partner and I chose to eat because it looked disgusting... no snorkelling or monkey island was included :( we did get an 800bhat refund as we complained to the company, which they kindly dropped off for us. But 1800 bhat per person is still pretty steep for what we got. Not worth the hassle, book somewhere else :/
