We were staying in a family room for 3 people. So,this hotel doesn't give you hand towels in a standard family room. Even if you ask them for one, they refuse. However, they do give a hair dryer and a kettle, but no arrangement of tea/coffee is available. You'll have to take your own coffee/tea,sugar and milk, if required. The room is spacious enough, but you might want to check the charging points, because not all of them are working. The rooms are not so clean, as in there is a lot of dust around and they don't check it before. The shower was not working in the room, which is why we had to change rooms, in which the AC was leaking. Only 1 Sanitary bag was available and after cleaning the the room, they didn't provide more of those, because I needed them, for obvious reasons! The WiFi works good, so no issues there.
The food is good, however there's not much in vegetarian. The staff is friendly and helps you out, but they understand little English.
I had booked the hotel directly through the hotel's website, but while checking out, the guy at the counter refused to give me an invoice initially saying that I've booked the room through a third party and not through the hotel directly. After much effort, he finally gave me the invoice.
The hotel is approx. 4kms from the airport and there are a lots of temples that you can visit on foot or take a bicycle. The tours that these hotels provide are expensive. You might want to hire a private taxi or red taxi (mostly drivers are friendly) and save a few bucks, as you can cover the places yourself instead of taking the tours. You have great street food and a lot of massage parlours at walking distance.
I'd give this a 3 on a scale of 1-5.
Happy Holidays to you!
