Very well run hotel with cool branding. The rooms are nicely appointed with rainfall shower heads. The staff are great here and really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast in the mornings have a great variety of food for both eastern and western tastes. The hotel is contemporary and very hip with nice signage throughout. It's located very near the Chiang Mai Gate and the weekend night market. The pool is nice with some loungers. Free waters are available all the time. We really had a great time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Chiang Mai area. We will definitely return to this hotel anytime we are in Chiang Mai.

Basic but comfortable, super clean and great location, particularly for the Saturday night market. The staff were super friendly and literally could not do enough.

This is not the hotel for you if you want to lounge around by the pool as it’s small with only a couple of loungers in full view of the lobby and main corridor but this is a small niggle. Chiang Mai is so exciting and vibrant, why would I want to lay by a generic hotel pool anyway!

Finally it is amazing value. We stayed in a different hotel locally for three nights prior to here (we extended our stay as Chiang Mai and the surrounds has so much to see) and it was twice the price and not as good. Will stay here for sure again.

Location wise, it’s really close to the Saturday night market. Else, there’s the regular street food which is very affordable.

It’s a little far from the night bazaar or where the crowd is. But that’s the beauty of this hotel, being away from the crowds and noise.

The place has a modern contemporary furnish to it, and they serve unlimited bottles of water which is extremely important for hot and humid summertime.

I love the great personalities of the staff who are ever so polite and friendly. And did I mention, they speak excellent English!

BED was great! And not only because of the inevitable puns regarding its name. It is sort of expensive relative to other Chiang Mai options, but the rooms were the cleanest I encountered during my Thailand trip, the beds were (appropriately) of a high quality, and the included breakfast was outstanding. They served great Thai food and had free espresso and fruit juice as well. Staff were very kind and logistics were quick and painless. No deposit was needed.

Super nice staff with excellent hospitality to everyone, particular compliments to Nuki who have greeted us every time when we passed by. Nice location also, a wonderful place that makes your stay just like as you're staying at home!

Oh last thing, breakfast is another amazement! We have great food everyday with slightly different dishes!

Tl;dr a really great place to stay. Adults only. Great nights sleep.

We stayed in thailand for just over 2 weeks and I think that may have been the cheapest hotel we used. It was also the best.

Bed simply offers good rooms, with comfortable beds in quiet surroundings. The breakfast is really good and offers a nice mix of local and European options.

The area is quiet which means that you can get a really good nights sleep. They even put up signs reminding people to be quiet during the night (see pictures)

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but that is ok because the night street food market is about 2 minutes walk away and within a 10 minute walk is so many options to eat.

When we were here there was free water provided which was amazingly nice and also felt cans of coke and spirits in the room fridge.

All in all this was a great place to stay and I would reccomend it to anyone. Totally forgot to take a room picture but they are nice, clean and modern.

We are welcomed by very friendly staff. Managed to check in early and we r invited to enjoy the breakfast while waiting. Bed provides bottled water, coffee, milk, cereal, cup noodles, fruits for free in the fridge. Very nice gesture! The room is spacious and clean. Come with safety box as well. Located at an alley, quite. It’s bit far from old town but we enjoy the walk. Apparently, there are 3 other branches around old town area.
