I love this park! Me and my friends come here to run and lift weights a few times a week. The walk/running trail is about half a kilometer and surrounded by trees with nice ponds to look at. This location is definitely a hidden gem. It also has two Takraw courts with the multiple balls!

Well kept grounds, scenic with large trees and a man-made lake. There is an excellent walking/running track. A beautiful place to sit and relax, or exercise.

We live near here and this is a great little Park in a surprising location (on a junction between 2 highways!).

There is a 500m moving track in the shade of some nice trees, a large pod with fish food available at the kiosk (although the ponds is a bit murky) and a small grassy area for our little one too run around on.

Note that the kiosk seems to be only open early morning and late afternoon.

The main attraction is the dedicated one way jogging/exercise path.

I would not recommend this to tourists as you might as well go to Suan Buak Haad Park in town but if you are a local in the area then it is a nice place to visit for a walk around. Also ideal if you have a pushchair and want to have a nice stroll outside as the path is very nice and smooth!

It has a 1.5m wide tarmac track running beneath trees and around a small pond. The entire track is 500m long with labels on the ground. It has benches along the track. Water in the pond is not too tranquil but not dirty or smelly. I didn't see any exercising equipment in the park though.
