Incredibly well maintained grounds with Beautiful flower gardens. Security is tighter then most places (it is a palace grounds after all). There is a higher price for foreigners, but not as unreasonable as many places, and you have to sign in. Overall if you enjoy a walk among well maintained flowers and grounds you will enjoy this place.

Nice place to relax. There are quite a few steps, as a heads up. Nice gardens to tour.

The guards are strict about the no-shorts policy, so plan ahead. 50/- to enter for foreigners.

This is a garden and there is an entry fee. The garden itself is well maintained, there are a lot of beautiful roses, ferns and native plants. The weather was pleasant and misty when we visited. There are some steep steps to climb, a small reservoir and some good views. But if given a choice, I would skip this place. Plan this into your itinerary only if you love rose gardens/ flowers and have ample time!

If you like Flowers and Roses in particular, you will like it here. You can't enter the Palace but lovely grounds with around four different areas of flowers, including an enclosed area with a little waterfall. It's 50Bht to enter, security quite tight and you have to sign in and sign out and follow the designated route.

If you like nature, flowers, especially so many types of roses, other unique plantations etc, you will like this place; a very relaxing place to stroll through.

Went their eith our your guide , I dunno if it is related to a weekday visit or not, many parts of it was closed, and the gardens in the Palace obviously were not tidied ...

Nonetheless the place is tranquil enough

I feel like time pass slowly here in Chiang Mai but still when its time to go home, everything seems so fast. And walking here is one of my favorites things to do. I was so glad the weather was so good that I could capture everything well. I would definitely go back here again.
