Stay here for about a month.
The location is great but also really quite. From the window in the upper floor you can see great Mountain View. The service is really nice, the owner helped me to set up a proper work space and the cleaning lady was very helpful. I forgot my watch in the room and they posted it back to me.
Absolutely positive experience, will live here again when I come back to Chiangmai m.

Nice and quiet place. Stayed for a week. Great location near the city center. We stayed in jungle style room and absolutely loved it. The provide water and the host is really helpful.

Booked with Agoda @ RM51/night for standard room. Room is big and clean but small bathroom. There is a narrow balcony and clothes rack provided. No elevator and door lock is the old style door knob.
Room facilities are safe deposit box, 2 bottles of 700ml drinking water, shampoo, shower gel, soap bar, towels, toilet roll, TV (mostly Thai channel), fridge, 2 door wardrobe, 1 seater sofa, 2 chairs and small table, queen size bed and 3 pillows.
It was a long public holiday during my stay here and no receptionist most of the time and care taker hardly understand English, difficult to communicate.

Bed and terrace guesthouse provides cute and comfortable accommodation with big fridges powerful air conditioning machine's, excellent WiFi, Good water heating for the shower and of course a terrace where you can chill outside and enjoy the views. However, what is most attractive about bed and terrace is it's welcoming home atmosphere and the rooms feel like you're own personal bedroom in your own house. This accommodation is the complete opposite of the typical lifeless modern style hotel and has soul and character to it. I will without a doubt call this my place to stay when I return to Chiang Mai in the future. The staff are so humble and kind and provide brochures for businesses to contact for chiang mai day tours/ activities at the entrance.

Bed and terrace is very central to the old town with 3 min walk to loi kroh road where you can find many restaurants, buzzing bars, massage parlor, currency exchange, ATMs, convenience stores, western businesses such as Starbucks and McDonald's McDonald's, and 10 min walk to night bazar and Anusarn market at the end of loi kroh where you can buy lots of souvenirs, special clothing and enjoy fresh thai street food, deserts, fresh fruit shakes etc with great night life vibes!!! You will find many tourists here in the evening, so if you want to mingle with people from all over the world this is a good place to come! ????????

Amazing place with old city charms. Big rooms and with great amenities. Lovely decorations, feels like home rather than a hotel. Very friendly owner and staff! High quality sleep. Very recommended!!!

Great place to call home for two weeks. Very helpful staff and housekeeping every day. Bathroom could be updated but overall a great experience staying at Bed and Terrace Guesthouse.

Nice and quiet here in the evening and night time. Comfortable bed and nice shower. All that I need to be happy
