A great hotel at a decent price.
Nice location with easy access to the old town.
The room was clean with a huge bed and shower area.
The staff and housekeeping were excellent.
Super friendly and always helpful.
Will definitely stay here again on future visits to Chiang Mai.

We stayed here in November 2015 and were well pleased with this hotel. Little swimming pool where you would come to refresh yourself rather than to swim but definitely appreciated. Beautiful bathroom with glass shower. The breakfast is sufficient to suit asian and western needs. Within walking distance of markets and restaurants.

Good clean hotel walking distance to everything. I booked this through Agoda and we stayed on the boutique side which is more budget orientated. Not sure if it was Agoda or the hotel but the room we got did not have a window to the outside and that was not specified on the booking. We didn’t spend much time in the room but this could be a problem for some people. The breakfast was worth the money had all of the basics and lunch dishes. The front desk staff were lovely and helpful. No complaints really other than the lack of windows should be specified at the time the hotel is booked. The gym was under repair while we stayed.

We stayed in the main hotel area and we're very impressed with our room. There the choice is enormous and exceptional value for money. The (included) breakfast buffet was great but ha been going down in quality and quantity. On a reduced budget this is a good place to stay.

Considering low price, around 1100 baht a night, its fairly ok value for the money, but would not pay more. Outside and Lobby area look like a 4+ hotel...Room is clean, good big bed, but its floors need refurbishing. TV screens to small. In Shower its impossible to adjust temp, either cold or very warm. Pool need new filtration system, milky waters... Quiet area though. Near night markets. Location is good. I will probably use it another time.
