The wifi to connect is not intuitive and the staff was at a loss for words on actually how to instruct me the night I arrived. It's not located near any convenient locations within walking distance. My key card deactivated multiple times during my stay. They ask for a 500 baht deposit to protect the keycards given out and they already do not work well. The walls are paper thin and can hear nearly everything especially banging and construction at 4 AM. Could not sleep at all during the hours of the night for the few days I was there. Grab food and Grab are the only things of convenience and have no relation to this location. I would not recommend staying here, the staff is not attentive other than the basics.

It's pretty good. It's budget and fairly poor construction, but it's very cheap with nothing too bad about it. Probably a little bit out of the way but you can walk a while to the old town if you don't mind the heat. Not a 4 star hotel, but a 4 star rating given the value for money.

I stayed there for 4 nights. Room is cleaned. Parking lot is small to turn the car but my boyfriend and I so satisfied to stay this hotel.????????????????

Friendly staff, clean facilities, big parking lot for both cars and motorcycles. Several restaurants and gyms nearby. 7-Eleven is bit of a walk.

Affordable price for staying while you are on trips in Chiangmai, except that they need to fix the water flow from the shower and the water heater.

B2 is a crazy hotel chain, they have two hotels in the same area within few kilometers and both have the same name, so you will end up always arriving at the wrong hotel and pay taxi again to take you to the second hotel.

Great hotel. It is cheap and spacious. Target towards mostly locals not tourist. If you have a bike stay here.
