The hotel room was very nice. Good size, clean, nicely decorated. The pool was broken though, and the jacuzzi tubs seemed a bit dirty and you had to fill up yourself. I was very excited for the restaurant but it never was open over the 3 days we were here.
Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Also, not a complaint, but this location is very new. Many locals (including our taxi) did not know where it was. Grab a business card as soon as you arrive.

Modern place, though hard to get to, due to its location on the superhighway. the rooms were modern and clean, though uninspired. The breakfast was very limited, and not worth it. The pool area, though small and hidden behind the front walls, was nice... and even had two hot tubs with rain showers.

We thought at first that we were in the wrong hotel as it looked so posh compared to the pics we've seen online until we realized we were in the right hotel. Pool is nice, not sure if jacuzzi is working. Very nice cheap room for two. Plus free access to pc in the lobby. Will stay again!

Does not look like photos! All of the plants around the pool were dead to a crisp. Outdoor bar area was covered with tarps. The building I stayed in (B) felt abandoned—not many guests, dark hallways, construction. The room was very clean and nice, but overall NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Pros:
- Location is rather good as it's near Maya shopping centre.
- Food is available outside the hotel which is rather cheap and good too.
- Quiet.... too quiet
- Room is pretty decent and clean too.

Cons:
- Dont expect room service as there is none.

- Breakfast at 200baht. I rather walk outside and eat at the store in front of the hotel.
- nearest 7-11 is about 300 to 400 meters left of the hotel. so I reckon you get your staff like toiletries before you go there.
- Bring your own toiletries like tooth brush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo.
- If you need to bring food back ask for foam bowls or plates as there is none provided in the rooms except cups.
- Water heater is a must to check if you're gonna shower warm water. turn it on for 10secs and see if the light goes off by itself.

- Transportation only mode is GRAB. make sure to check for promo codes.

- The main door to the reception is a B**tch. you dont even know where the reception is as the big wooden doors are always closed. you have to press and hold the button for the door to slowly open.

- If you are travelling with lots of luggages dont expect much help. to your room maybe the security guard will help you. but upon check out you're on your own.

- there is no phone in the room to call reception.

- Swimming pool is closed for dont know how many days already even though there's a sign that says closed 1 day for maintenance. apparently it's a lie. so if you're thinking of going for a dip after looking at the picture, think twice. Call them and check first if need to and see If they have finished maintaining their pool.

Reception awful.bar area non existant.painted wall was bar area..smallpool .nothing working.two broken hot tubs.all eating done outside.rooms very basic.superior room with old used sofa.avoid like the plaugue.arrived 2nd march.left two hours later.staff not helpful at all.busy road outside.taxi to go everywhere.never 3 star be lucky to get 1 star

Here you will find a relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff who is helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and provide more everything a traveler needs.
