Great location - restaurants, market and gym all within walking distance. Nice pool area with fitness center next to it the fitness center is open plan and the weights that you can put on the barbell is limited, but they have enough free weights and more equipment than most fitness centers. (Hug gym is 7min walking)
Assistance with tours and travel plans - You can book any tours and a motorbike or bicycle through the reception desk.
Spacious open plan apartment with small kitchen and balcony. Perfect for a couple of nights. Best place I could find for a decent price. Would definitely recommend them.
We did have some trouble finding the place. They also go under the name: The opium serviced apartments.

We were a 4 person family. The rooms were clean. Staff super frendly and helpful. However, beds were hard. Pillows were old and stunk. Rooms were extremely smelly because of bad plumbing. The water had such a horrible metalic smell that we were unable to brush our teeth and I had a hard time showering because of the smell.

Location was OK, we used Grab Taxi and were able to get around everywhere we needed, and the staff at the Hotel helped us whenever we needed.

Honestly, if you are picky about hotels and like things a certain way, I advise against this hotel. If you are just going here for a few nights, it is ok. I regret staying here for 5 nights, but the staff made up for it, and we were away most of the daytime hours.

It's a shady place. It goes under two names and I had a horrible experience there. The pictures online are not correct. I locked my room and when I woke up, the door was partially open. Thank goodness there was a chain latch. It is dirty and the water smells horrible. I couldn't even take a shower. The water was not hot and the desk attendants were not helpful. The lamp in my room was a fire hazard. It had plastic inside lampshade and the bulb was touching it. I could have had a fire in my room had I not noticed. The bed had no mattress, but rather bedsprings. It was awful and I don't recommend it to my worst enemy. Think twice before staying here. It is not good.

We had booked a studio, which got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. A few days in there was a leaking pipe in the ceiling which meant we had to move room. We were given another apartment next door, no fuss.
The staff here have fantastic English and couldn't be more helpful, polite and just very friendly.

The rooms are big and clean, the staff is friendly and they offer you a lot of info about Chiang Mai.
The breakfast is okey (not for me) and the pool doesnt really get sun in the whole day so the water is cold and you cant chill on the sun.

The hotel was so old and also everything was not good ???? It was so boring for me????

Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Only downside was the dryer in the shared space is not very good.
