We can highly recommend the hotel. The owner is very nice. We stayed there for 9 nights. The rooms are very clean. On request they clean the room every day. Every day you get a bottle of drinking water. We did a tour to the north of Thailand and were able to store our luggage for a week for free of charge. The pool was always clean and a pleasant refreshment. There are many restaurants near the hotel.

Very friendly atmosphere. Clean hotel with good location. Advise you check on the room before locking in a non refundable stay. Deluxe double room was very small and barely suitable for a couple. Got cold fast from AC! Family rooms are bigger and have bunk beds. Rooftop is restricted to top floor rooms at night.

Amazing place. Perfectly located in the old city. The lady from the hotel, she gave us a lot of advice for our trip, she helped us to book everything. Thanks to her, our stay in Chiang Mai was a dream
The room are great and the place is quiet and calm.

We have only just checked in and i can confidently give 5 stars. The guesthouse, rooms and especially the service are top notch! Never had such a warm welcome. Thank you so much, we will enjoy every second we spend here

Absolutely amazing place. Off the busy streets so it is quiet but still close enough to easily walk anywhere. Also the Sunday night market is almost on your door step. The owner was very helpful with booking tours and giving us great suggestions. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot believe what happened to me today! I can so highly recommend this place, not only because the rooms are beautiful und the location is ideal, but mostly because the manager is so lovely and warm. She always welcomes you with a smile and I had issues paying a flight the last day. The Website would not take my credit card as I wanted to book last minute. Weiw, I hope I spell her name right, paid for me as it worked with her Thai account and I could give her the money in cash. She also let me stay in my room longer the day I left, because nobody booked the room that day and she saw I was struggling. I have come back to this place each time I visited Chiang Mai and I will also in the future.

We stayed for like 10 days in and around Chiang Mai and our stay at Awana House was perfect. The lady of the house helped really with everything: trips, taxi, nice spots nearbye and also with some less touristic places. Alse when something didn 't work it was solved directly. The location is great in the center of the old city and still quiet and peaceful.Swimmingpool is ok. We would really recommend it. Family of 5.
