The mango mojito was delicious but short on alcohol. Live music this Friday night, but not sure if there always is.

Great location by the gate. Live music can be fun. However, be aware that menus don't have prices and they will try to charge different prices and take advantage.

I got a draft beer tonight and they requested that I pay twice as much as the gentleman whoordered the same beer right before me. When I questioned it, they said it was the lower price. When I paid, they attempted to keep most of my change. Very shady and dishonest. Great location.

Right inside Tha Pae Gate, Colour Bistro is an outdoor bar/restaurant, where I sometimes go when they have live music. Sometimes super crowded, but mostly quite empty, which is strange.

Tourist trap. Just got beer. Nobody around me seemed to be eating anyway. But you know the place is a bit iffy because no local was dining or drinking there. Live music was good. It’s the location which makes it fill up because of the proximity to the Sunday night market. I think the beer was overpriced as well.

To clear one thing up the sign on the outside says Colour Bustro. We came here during the night market because were foreigners and afraid of eating from food carts on the street due to unhygienic practices. My wife got the fried cashew nuts with vegetables the cashews were kind of burned and the vegetables were just like peppers and onions it wasn't that great but we waited like 15 minutes for it and she was starving so she ate it anyway I had one of the best Khao Soi in Chiang Mai and simply because it came with smoked chicken which was something different than all the other ones I really enjoyed it and when I make it at home I'm going to make it with smoked chicken. besides that the music was fun outside a cover band of mostly classic rock from America and the beer was kind of expensive so we just went to 7-Eleven. if you come to the Color bar just try the smoked chicken Khao Soi it's delicious ????.

Live music with beer is very nice on a Saturday night
