At Chiang Mai Hotel

This is a nice hotel but maybe on the lower end of 4 stars more like 3 stars. The bathroom is very outdated quite 90s/2000s - stayed in other “4 stars” in Thailand that have a lot more glamor. It’s got character in the decor and how wooden it is. It is definitely fit for purpose in that it’s comfortable affordable and a perfect location. The breakfast was nice they offered fruit and pastries and you can get a main dish fresh to order. Probably not the hotels fault but I got eaten alive by mosquitoes which I haven’t had in other hotel rooms in Thailand. The pool area is lovely, everything in this hotel feels clean.

Great hotel in very central location in old town Chiang Mai. Staff were great and was very clean.
Nice pool and tranquil gardens.
Nice breakfast and breakfast staff topped off a great 6 day stay

A beautiful hotel. Very nice staff, clean and beautiful decor. A lovely swimming pool to cool down in. Highly recommended. Thank you, we'll be back!

Great location and beautiful big room. However they didn’t clean our room.. We found it like someone else already slept there.. dirty bathroom, not ironed sheets and smelly towels. The restaurant was closed too. Very disappointed, definitely not as expected.

Room was setup as an traditional setup. Their service is great. It is located inside the old city and walking distance to many attractions sites. There is a mango and sticky rice shop outside dinning room and food is delicious.

Not bad hotel, but..
We have reserved in this hotel, 1 night, 2 room. Now due to a mistake the hotel is full and there is only 1 room available. Now 1 couple has to sleep in another hotel.
They look for a solution, and gife An taxiride die compensation

Beautiful Hotel
Nice Thai decorations u0026 antique furniture, pool is beautiful with furniture to sit
Breakfast is pretty good
Some rooms have aircon in back so you need a fan and it’s a bit of a problem
A lot of other guests are awkward, don’t talk to you, and create “weirdness” but if that doesn’t bother you, then ok
Good location
Great view from some rooms, especially top floor
Quiet
Beds ok
Bathroom ok, but small shower and shower doors not close
Cleaning every day is great
Another guest complained about kids, Cus this is a family hotel, but we were on top floor and near hallway so no noisy kids so ok
Laundry service was good (some places shrink and destroy your clothes)
I would stay here again
Actually we booked a bad hotel, Parasol hotel, u0026 did come back
There is a place to hang your clothes on the roof and the roof has a nice view
Booking on Agoda is cheaper, the cheapest, even cheaper than booking at hotel
