Two floors packed with modern equipment, separate changing rooms for men and women with showers. Everything seems clean and there are AC units. I paid 1500 per month which is a great price if you come often.

Fantastic gym for a workout while on vacation. This has the best selection I've seen in Koh Samui for weightlifting equipment: squat rack, benches, Smith machine, plenty of dumbbells, and many hammer style machines. Will definitely come back!

Good oldschool gym!
The equipment was immaculate and the lower area was air conditioned. Music was good, people were nice and at the counter there were even branded protein shakes for 100 THB! Unfortunately, everything was placed pretty close together so you had to squeeze through sometimes.

The upper area (cardio), on the other hand, was not air-conditioned and the price was also somewhat increased overall. ( 10x Gym u003d 1500 THB)

Beautiful medium sized, generously equipped gym with quality, well maintained equipment.

Better hamstring machine than anything else I've found in my short 2 months Thailand, and the best plate organization tree I've seen in many years ... *Anywhere????

Hi everyone
I have been going to this GYM for about 2 months now.It is a great place, the equipment is cleaned all the time by the 2 ladies Tonaor that works in the am and Mind in the afternoon. They are so friendly there always said hi or good morning and have a smile on their face. This 2nd month I moved to a different location on the island, however I choose to keep going here daily with a 20 minute drive each way.
Great place to go for a work out.
