Have been a guest here 3 times. Always a very high standard of service. Staff very attentive and helpful. It has its own private beach and enjoys a secluded location. The Tongsai has an eco friendly ethos. All cleaning agents are produced on site from natural ingredients, it has an extensive kitchen garden for its own fruits and veg etc. The food is excellent and the grounds stunning. They are currently upgrading and renovating all their rooms and facilities which should be completed early next year. I can say this in no way impacted on my stay and I look forward to seeing the new look. Happily recommend this resort to anyone.

We were staying there for about 1 week and in general we liked the entire stay. Our room was great even it could use some renovation. Also our pool should be cleaned more often in my opinion. The breakfast was ok but the variety of food could be a bit more in this price category. The location is a bit far from everything but if you looking for an relaxing vacation that is definitely the place to go.
However, all those are just very minor things and are definitely not a deal breaker. The staff was great and very helpful with all our needs. The rooms always cleaned very nicely

We stayed there for our honeymoon in 2019 and it was exceptional. We hope to return again at some point as we always think about our experience there.

The staff at Tongsai Bay make it an amazing experience and do everything with a massive smile. The food, location, accommodation and the ethos of this hotel was just perfection. We will be back!

We had an absolute blast here. The pool villas are wonderful and they are your private piece of sea with bathtub, gazebo, pool thrown in for extra measure. There is one moment which comes back to me again and again that is watching your face in mirror and seeing the entire sea on the mirror. It's just a feeling that has stayed with me.
It's a big property with lots of plants. they even have their plants and bird guide. There are paddle boards, kayaks on offer, pool to laze on and sip house specials. Basically, everything which will not make you leave :)
The staff was wonderful and super helpful. Also, one last thing I forgot to say is that they have their own private bay.
Recommended for a luxury experience when you want to have it all!!

Absolutely fantastic resort in Koh Samui. Our villa was awesome. Private pool. Views to the ocean. Everything was perfect.
The service is what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, thanks ???? for your kindness.
The restaurant is also very good. Local thai. food.
There is a private beach where you can take kayak, snorkel., etc.
15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car/taxi there is a bigger beach with lot of restaurants, shops, markets.

The Tongsai Bay is an eco-friendly hotel. It is one of the best resorts I ever visited. The room is spacious, spotless clean and comfortable. The staff is nice. We enjoy our stay in this wonderful hotel.

Best luxury resort experience I've ever had, highly recommended. Delicious food, beautiful surrounding and the most wonderful staff. Great base to explore the island from too.
