Staff are friendly.
Place is clean.
Price of the cafe is about the same as the inexpensive restaurants on the street.
Plenty of opportunities to meet people at the cafe if you open your mouth and are friendly.
Laundry is across the street.
Money changer is across the street.
24 hour convenient store is across the street.
Nightlife is about a 15 minute walk.
In private rooms the shower is directly over the sink and toilet. I chose to use the communal showers instead.
Air-conditioning is not strong in the private rooms but if you pay a deposit for an additional key you can keep it running all the time which will keep your room at a very nice temperature.
It is very close to the beach but in an area where the beach is not well groomed, but clean enough in most spots.
I rented a scooter from them. The gas gauge measured 2 dots initially. they recorded 3 dots. I returned it with 2 dots, and they charged me 50B for gas.
I would consider staying here again. My experience was a little better than OK.

I only stayed here for one night, but as far as I can tell this place has got everything you need. You get your own private capsule with a small TV where you can leave all your belongings, there are several showers and toilets for each floor, the lobby area is nice and although I didn't get to try the food, the place is apparently a decent restaurant as well.

As this place has got a lot of people and everyone sleeps in their own capsule, you might have a harder time connecting with new people compared to smaller places with bunk beds.

Nice and clean hostel, close to the beach! The staf was helpful and cool rooftop for breakfast. The private room is perfect for a longer stay. The party area is like 10-15 min walk. Would book again!

Stayed at P168 after seeing good reviews from Hostel World, it didn’t disappoint. Great hostel, very nice and clean, all the staff are very helpful and friendly! Also loved the roof top terrace, a really good place to chill.
My only down would be that the mattresses in the dorm rooms are pretty rock solid. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks a lot!

The location of this hostel is great as you've got lots of restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. The hostel itself is very clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating plus the food here is very good and cheap compared to the other restaurants on Koh Samui! The showers are great, you are given shower gel and shampoo in dispensers and the beds are lockable, comfy for hostel beds and you get your own fan attached to your little room. We've had a good experience here and met a lot of people.

The hostel is in a perfect location - right next to the restaurants and bars but also only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach. It’s very clean and the cafe downstairs has delicious food for a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and approachable ????

P168 hostel is a very clean well kept hostel. The ladies who work the restaurant and hostel are very nice. The hostel has a very cool roof top to hangout at. And it is pretty much on the beach. You cannot are the beach very well from rooftop. But it is only like a two minute walk to get there
