Wonderful place to stay for couples perfect for ro***ce and relaxation after countless days of work. The staff there were very pleasant and eager to serve and help. Wanted to talk to my friend next room but it wasn't working. Our view was of the elevators and we could hear cleaning crews early in the morning.

I liked the location and staff. My wife and I make sure we get down to the Mercure Samui Brasserie bar for their amazing and strong cocktails. The food was good but the portions were relatively less. The pool side restaurant/bar staff were very good in the mixing of the cocktails.

Nice and superb room. The restaurant ***ager is very cheering with a great smile and an excellent courteous gesture. Access to the beach is about a 5min walk,there are plenty of restaurant/bars within easy walking distance as well as shops and banks. A little bit quiet place and good to relax.

The room we had was well laid out and far enough away from the main road made it nice and quiet. Nice easy transfer arranged to the port. Prices reasonable and comparable with street massages. To all the staffs of Mercure Tana Chaweng thanked you so much for making our holiday enjoyable.

We stayed at this Gem of a hotel during June 2015 for 14 nights. Location is ok but it is not beachside which didn't bother us. Tip for the travellers like me get the room facing in the swimming pool on a higher floor to avoid the noise of the traffic.

I always find the Mercure a good option and this was no exception. The beach is a short walk away. In front of the hotel there is a tiny tourist info place with helpful services. Champion and Wendy said we would write a review for your outstanding service, Pa, Nar and Tik.

Good location, close to the beach, great price. Complimentary breakfast is fruit and toast. Cold AC and mini fridge. Has elevator!! 10 min walk to Hard Rock Cafe
