Such delicious food! What a nice surprise in Koh Samui! We had the roasted chicken and potatoes and moussaka. The chicken was so tender and perfectly spiced! It fell off the bone. The bread, olive oil, balsamic and garlic were SO tasty! The moussaka was quite flavorful. The staff members were attentive and friendly. The environment was quiet and relaxing. Definitely try this place!

The owner is super friendly and the decor of the whole restaurant is lovely.

Revisited there in September 2019.
We went there four times during our 11-day stay in Koh Samui.
The menu has been slightly changed from last year, but it was still delicious.
It was a bit disappointing because they now use lamb for burgers and keftedes though.
As I prefer beef only.
Pine Shake, Mango Shake, Watermelon Shake, tzajiki, giro chicken pita sandwich, roasted potatoes, moussaka, chicken giro plate are my favorite.
The Greek atmosphere and service were still great.
All the dishes we ordered were delicious, especially meat dishes.
Very reasonable compared to Italian and hamburger restaurants.
Highly recommended.

My husband and I used to live in Athens, Greece and went back there many times even after coming back to Japan. So of course we love Greek food! So every time we found any Greek restaurants outside of Greece, we had no choice but to try it!
Without doubt, Olive tree was the best Greek restaurant we've ever been to outside of Greece. One of the best even within Greece, too!
Actually we went there 4 times during our 9 nights stay in Samui.
We just love everything there!
All the meals we ordered such as masaka, kefetedes, souvulaki, gyro pita sandwich and roasted potatoes were tasty and portion was generous. Homemade pita bread was wonderful and always served warm. Their tzajiki, very important for Greek food, was great, too.
There service and atmosphere were fantastic, too.
Thanks to their Greek music and interior, we felt like we're back in Greece again. Highly recommended!!!

After disappointing dinner last night at 2 doors away decided to give Greek food a try. Overall restaurant decor u0026 ambiance is quite relaxing. Since I have had a wonderful thai lunch at MyCafe I am not really that hungry so just wanna try out the food here. Ordered a Lamb Kleftiko and the food turned out ok.... considering Lamb with 8 hours oven baked I expect the meat to be more tender than this. I find that my serving may have been over cooked slightly as the meat seems a little dry although the favor is there and when served with fresh rosemary leaves. Is worth trying? Perhaps I will explore the same dish again my next trip here.

Tasty Greek cuisine served by friendly staff. Reasonable prices, especially since portion size is so large we took it home for a second meal later. Recommended.

Take it from a Greek. As authentic as you will find outside of Greece. Lovely food. This is the very only Greek restaurant you must eat at in Samui. Tried the rest and not even close. Avoid Fi and others. This is the only place you should eat Greek food in Samui. Restaurant also has nice decor and super super clean. Μπράβο σου Παύλο!

We receive for starter olives as the name of the restaurant is Olive Tree and we like to thank the owner for this as they not charge us for this. We order souzukakia a classic Greek food that everybody fall in love if he test it. The place is nice and it's the second time that we are here after one year in our visit in Samui island.

Who would’ve thought, 5 star, high quality, fresh Greek food in the heart of Koh Samui. Restaurant is located in a touristy part of Chaweng but one you step inside you step into a part of Greece. The restaurant is extremely clean and pristine. Everything looks brand new. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The chef/owner even came out to say hello and ask how our meal was. Started with a kraffe of red wine, which was great for ththe house wine. They gave us some complimentary bread with olive oil and olive spread, delicious, we knew right there and then we were in for a treat. We then got the fava (hummus) spread and the feta with yogurt and pita. Very good. We split a small Greek salad which was perfect and the feta was fresh. For our mains I had the grilled lamb chops and my boyfriend had the fresh fish, sea bass. All of their ingredients are fresh, either local or from Australia or New Zealand. No farm fish here. You definitely want to check this place out.
