This is not an easy review. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the hotel did not live up the reviews for me. The room is clean and nice, pool is alright but not too inviting. I was also surprised that there was not one (!) vegetarian/vegan meal at the warm buffet, I have not encountered this before. On the other hand, the quality of the restaurant is really good (ordered vegetarian dishes for lunch). So leaving with mixed feelings, but would chose a different hotel for the next time - especially considering the price class.

A very warm welcome from the fantastic staff at the Jasmine Resort made my 5 day stay amazing. A big thank you to Miss Oi on reception, particularly, and the restaurant staff also.

They have a wonderful breakfast area next to the pool or their own private beach section, with deck chairs, lounges, beach chairs, umbrellas and a night time setup for resort guests. Bar area going all day with every drink or mocktail you could imagine. I stayed in a garden view room in the main building, there are also little villas throughout the grounds if that's your thing too. All rooms very well appointed with everything you need. Huge bathtub, aircon, waterfall shower head in my room. A short 1 minute walk to the rest of Lamai Beach and town up hill or downhill. You can rent scooters from reception also. I will stay here again on my next visit, the resort and especially the staff are amazing. Postcard perfect as the photos show. Thank you Jasmine Resort.

Wonderfull little and well maintained resort directly at Lamai beach. Nice swimming pool, great staff and breakfast/food. Housekeeping is top and people are very friendly. Rooms are comfy.

Lovely little resort. Pretty and clean rooms, nice beach and super friendly staff. Restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance.

Will recommend it to friends and family. 10/10

You should avoid it. Very rude staff at the pool bar and the restaurant. So many other lovely places around. Great lunch very cheap at Thai house beach resort. ????

A lovely resort ideally located with very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money.
