We had a lovely stay here. The price was the best part. Small little balcony but it was fine. Staff was wonderful. Located on the adjacent road from Lamai beach so you can easily get to the beach and are next to the shops/not far from the Sunday night Walking Market.

Very good and helpfull service from the ***agement and their staff. Need to mention we got a free upgrade to a ‘studio balcony room. Perfect location in the middle of Lamai. A tiny little brand new hotel ***aged by a nice couple of locals who're very friendly and gentle with customers.

A tiny little brand new hotel ***aged by a nice couple of locals who're very friendly and gentle with customers. The staff were so friendly. The price was very good, only 1500 baht a night and you have cheaper rooms. The location on Lamai is as good as anywhere.

As we left on Monday 13th June a board at the front of the hotel was offering rooms from 900 Bahts per night. Good clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are spotless clean and it looks like a hotel room. Staff very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good clean and spacious rooms. Good air con and a mini fridge within the rooms. The bathrooms were large and clean.

Located on the adjacent road from Lamai beach so you can easily get to the beach and are next to the shops/not far from the Sunday night Walking Market.

The staff are very friendly and kind.

Sure I will come back in my next visit to Samui. The location is excellent with regards to the proximity to Lamai beach, it is literally a stone's throw away. Minute walk from the beach and right on the high street so surrounded by plenty of shops. We did our laundry with the hotel, this came back really quickly and the price was good.

We arrived here after a short stay at ko pagnan and just loved the place from the start. The rooms are spotless clean and it looks like a hotel room. The guesthouse is located in a very convenient location right on the northern side of the town's main street of Had Lamai Rd.
