Good hotel for the price, but the staff is unevenly friendly, which can be a problem.
The rooms are nice and well designed, and if not the most bright, still sleek enough to let it pass. The bed was very comfortable.
You can take a towel to the beach, which is basically across the street and past a few shops.
The location is fantastic, which is a big plus.

I don't normally write reviews but our experience at the hotel was amazing. All the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were very accommodating with every needs of ours. We mistakenly booked without breakfast so they gave us complimentary breakfast too. The location is also great, just in the strip of chaweng. Overall very satisfied!

Pros: Rooms were spacious with clean linens and towels.
7-11 just opposite the hotel. Very convenient location and slightly away from the busy area.
Cons:
- Most of the rooms doors were not properly installed. It has around 1cm gap on top of it. Noise from the walkway were very clear. Noisy when ppl talking outside.
Walls are not sound proof at all. Can hear the next room's guests talking and laughing loudly.
- shower head should changed as it's not functioning well anymore.

Nice little hotel really close to the city centre and the beach. Good ratio between price and rooms provided and really friendly stuff. The only thing that didn't really like was the breakfast which it was basic and the drain smell in the toilet. Therefore if you booking doesn't not include breakfast in the price do not pay for it, you can get much better elsewhere for the same price.

Only stayed here during one night, we were traveling in Thailand for 3 weeks and we never experienced this type of client support. Simply amazing the way that the staff helped us with all of our concerns.

I deeply recommend this Hotel, apart from all the help they gave us, the breakfast was really good, the room was really clean and at night the bar opens and we could chill in the happy hour.

Best hotel in Koh Samui.

Surprisingly quiet room seeing we were next to the main road. Pillows are medium soft and very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and felt very clean. Bed was a bit on the hard side which may be annoying to some people but we had a good night's rest. Room has free water, tea and coffee. TV has about 20 channels, few international ones. The superior room we had had a view on the beach in the distance which was a nice extra. WiFi was pretty bad, signal was ok but speeds were 0,3/0,2 Mbit, so practically unusable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was not as clean as we expected (there was mold on the shower curtains for example). Also we couldn't unlock our safe in the evening and there was no one who could help us (thee was someone at the front desk but he is apparently not authorized to do a lot of stuff). Also, they booked us taxi at a price which was higher than normal and assured us it was a fair price! On the good side, Location is good and rooms look nice
