one of the best hotels in Cheweng for value and location. right on the beach and extremely good staff. would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

It's a family style resort. Also a great place to be away from the party scene yet close enough to walk to it. All in all I loved my stay here.

Hotel is still under construction, there are no facilities around te pool. For the beach you have to cross over, the sea is very shallow.
Beds are very dirty, yellow spots on the sheets and around the bed there were hairs, sand and food remains. There are no phones at the rooms to reach the reception.
Blue lagoon staff is not very Customer friendly

Absolutely beautiful. The Blue Lagoon Hotel is the best resort I've ever been too; especially for the price. Right next to the beach, amazing huge pool and amazing service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The admin even suggest places to go check out or eat outside of the resort. Amazing place to be!!

Nice place in the center of chaweng Beach night life. Rooms could be quiter but the staff is great and breakfast is pretty good

Have stayed here 2 times both the times i had a excellent experience the best part about the hotel is the location its on the beach staff is extremely friendly always having a smile on their face special thanks to chris food is excellent service is good cant ask for more. Definitely recommended

Lovely hotel directly next to the beach. Super friendly staff and great location for food, drinks, massage, etc!
And the best thing is their beach bar! Cannot miss this one
