Just returned from 12 nights here with my family of 5. We had a 3 bed villa. Such a lovely chilled resort. Was a bit worried that it might just be too quiet for my kids to enjoy the pool properly without disturbing other guests when we arrived but there were lots of other families there as the holiday went on so not a problem. The restaurant staff were great and very amenable. The dinner menu was delicious. Breakfast was only 3 options but we didn't mind as what they offered ticked all our boxes.

One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is not directly accessible from the other 2. They are all directly beside each other but no internal door - just something to note as I don't think this is clear on the website and may be a consideration with young children.

You can tell that a look of effort is put into keeping the resort grounds so beautiful.

Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Our first trip back to the island since our honeymoon almost 30 years ago, and we weren’t disappointed. Cielo is simply amazing. Rooms impeccable, location superb for walking and exploring and staff truly outstanding. Owners are busy catering to the glamorous Insta guests and their friends, but the other staff from reception to breakfast made our stay memorable. Food in the restaurant was outstanding. Only suggestion: really do need more breakfast choices. We would absolutely come back again.

The resort has great style. Great staff and service. 10 minutes walk to Fisherman village. The entrance to the hotel is very small alley. It is right next to Karma hotel.
A few recommendations for better experience
- They have no television in the room,
- When it is windy, the door makes a lot of movement noise, it was hard to sleep.
- They should leave more than one roll of toilet paper. ( when asked, staff immediately brought to the room)
- Breakfast has only 3 choices.
This resort has many positives and the staff makes this resort enjoyable.

The rooms and the entire establishment are spotless, beautifully designed, right by a quiet beach, just a short taxi ride from the most popular beaches in Koh Samui, and a short walk to the fishermen village which has great food options.
My very personal downside is that the bar/restaurant of the hotel plays music all day; although that’s not very loud and staff lowers a bit upon request, I wish I had known before as I personally find it disturbing (others may not, of course). That aside, a great place to stay in!

Everything is beautiful, the staff is excellent and the food is top-notch. Coming to Koh Samui for 16 years and so lucky we found this gem. Just lay on a sunbed and watch the stunning view while drinking a coconut. The perfect choice of music makes everything come together. Feels like heaven.

Nice room and view. Unfortunately, the reception was not so friendly. The food variation is low. Recommendation, please do not book the room with breakfast because the breakfast menu is bread and jam with butter which cost 380 baht. Drinks are over price too!

A BIG thank you to Pauline and the WHOLE Cielo Samui - Team!
Our stay was from the beginning until the end simply fantastic and we felt like staying " in heaven"....
Our booking progess was supported personally and in a very very kind way and all our wishes for the stay were considered. After our very long journey from Austria to Samui we had such a friendly welcome at the reception, wow we were so overwhelmed!
In summary I can say that the food was delicious, always fresh and a variety of local fruits and seafood - WOW! the room had a warm and cosy atmosphere and had so many nice details. The private pool, the jungle feeling outside and the whole hotel area with its infitiy pool, seaside restaurant and private beach area made our stay perfect! A special thank you I want to say to the staff. From our view you can be really proud of every single staff member as they fullfilled every wish, they were always kind and with a smile!
