Wonderful resort with amazing gardens and a traditional Thai villa feel to it from the outside. However, the inside of the rooms are spectacular with wonderful bathrooms.

The beach was dirty and hotel staff did not help to keep it clean from plastic bottles and other junk that patrons leave on the beach.

Hotel is advertised as a 4 or 5 star hotel. It is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. It was very bad. Overpriced.
*No Mosquito nets for beds. They said they do not have them. They refused to get them. Suffered mosquito bites while sleeping every night, ruined the stay. Dangerous, can get very sick from infected mosquitos.
*Never saw a hotel in Thailand without mosquito nets in the past.
*Had to switch rooms the first day. The room was not cleaned, plumbing was not working, attempted to clean the floor with their towels, turned black.
*Really poor breakfast, overpriced and the same every day.
*The Property is not maintained, pool/ocean showers to wash salt and sand from your body and feet not working, parts falling off doors, desks (handles), etc. Property is old and not comfortable or maintained.
*No Ice Machine or Irons in the rooms.
*Asked for a wine opener. They forgot to bring it. Asked again, they said the restaurant is closed, go buy it at 7-11. I asked them to get it, they refused. I went to 7-11, they don’t sell wine openers.
***Not a good place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are so tropical and lots of places to walk around and enjoy. Makes you feel like you're in a nature reserve. Has a spa, lots of sitting areas, 2 pools, great breakfast with good coffee. Only downfall for this hotel is the beach. It's not very nice and nearly impossible to swim in. We did take our towels and wondered over to the Chawang garden beachfront and enjoyed their beach chairs and some good drinks

The resort is beautiful in central location! 2 pools and great breakfast! The staff is friendly and helpful .
The bad points is the room that we got, Too old and the air conditioner is dirty and smells bad And there were stains on the sheet:( The price for basic room is very high for what you get.

We took a regular room
The hotel is old, not like the pictures, we were very disappointed, the room is not looks like the picture, the furniture have bad smell, when i booked i send them a special request to the email of honeymoon and they said that they will arrange the room but they didnt, i asked for , the walls are very thin in the bathroom you can hear the nearby room and that is very bad, no mosquitoes net, the cleaning 1/10
There is 2 pools the one with the bar looks ok the other one next to the beach is not well kept. The highlight was the breakfast very rich and good

Great location, but everything else is bad!
I had a flying cockroach in my room.
Also don’t trust their drivers to actually be there when you’re booking a lift (I booked a taxi to pick me from the ferry, and he didn’t showed up)
Room service locked me outside my room. Aww and they are using only 1 old key for the room that also used as the one for the electric. If you want to come spontaneously to the breakfast it will cost you double.
The workout schedule that on the website is a lie, they don’t have any sessions at all.
Thought that someone will talk to me and apologise for what happened yesterday, but it didn’t happen.
Also I don’t think anybody knows what’s the stars rating of the hotel, since Google says 4 and booking says 5…

The property was not maintained. The room was dirty when we arrived, the room was not cleaned. The plumbing did not work and we have to change rooms the 2nd day. This is more like a 3 star hotel, not sure where they got a 4 or 5 star rating.

First time to see no mosquito nets in a Thailand hotel. We asked for them, they said they did not have them and could not get them for us. Bitten by mosquitos all night long. Dangerous for your health.

Many facilities broken or out of order. Pool/Beach showers, etc.

Breakfast was very poor for what you pay and the same every day.

No ice machine, irons for rooms, etc.
