I strongly recommend this place. We stayed in the cheapest room with fan. It was pretty nice. Price was absolutely good for budget with direct beach access in the center of chaweng beach. The room was really really clean with comfy bed. I slept very well. Also, the owner is super kind. Seven-eleven is just 1m walk distance. I think here is the perfect place for staying.

Brand new room with air con, comfy bed and pillows with beach access in the center of Chaweng for 600b, or 500b without fridge. They have cheaper rooms too but we were happy with this already. Staff are friendly.

We loved the hotel.
The staff ladies were kind and helpful.
The room was huge, equipped with safe ans air-conditioning and minibar, and it was 10 metera from the beach.

Direct by the beach, the host was really friendly and helped us on finding our transport to the ferry. The room itself was incredible, really clean and so cheap for what they offer, i highly recommend it.

It was an amazing stay! My friend and I had a bungalow and it was clean and the air conditioning worked very nicely and the best part about it was that we were right by the beach but it was never too noisy for us to sleep. They also provide amazing massages for good prices, laundry services and had tons of dogs and cats just hanging around! Highly recommended to stay here! :)

Compared to more expensive hotels it seems unpretentious on first glance but very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and little extras like a Christmas barbeque and some beers as bonus for online reservation makes it unique! Never experienced things like this before! Traveling Thailand for the fourth time and would come back whenever I am in Samui!
Room was excellent clean when I got it and a cleaning was offered but I did not take use of it but I expect similar quality.
Hotels name is to be taken literally, it's a family business and the staff lives that concept.

Directly attached is a beach bar playing Reaggea as a good contrast to electronic music widely played in Samui, a lot of restaurants and bars are less then 5 minutes away as well as supermarket and ATM/Money changing facilities.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and the location is great. Had beach access and its in walking distance to the strip if you want to check out the bar scene, clubs, shops, and restaurants. It's well located in the middle of Chaweng (which is the most crowed place in Samui) and the rooms are nice.
