Manager was not around when we checked in so we had to wait. Also, we don't speak Thai so we found it difficult to communicate and get advice/recommendations. Room is a bit dated and smelt musty. We did get a free upgrade to a bungalow as the resort was quite dead.

The pool was clean and there were lounge chairs to enjoy the view/beach.

Nice resort which has a pool next to the beach. Maybe a little pricy for the times but not bad. No breakfast and the beach side restaurant/bar were not open. The pool is nice with lounges next to the pool and on the deck overlooking the beach. It's a nice beach, very shallow so good for kids. There is some parking on the road side, some with sun shade. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff, though small, is pleasant. There are trees and greenery through the resort which is nice and helps with shade. Overall a nice place.

Good size bungalow with lots of greenery but the whole place needs a revamp. Comfy bed with hot shower however our tv didn’t work sadly. Good breakfast but sadly they didn’t know what congee was although on the menu and a typical Thai dish the outside area by the pool was run down. Work was being done on the outside area on some days so we heard drilling. Pictures can be misleading there were no loungers on the beach only upstairs in the somewhat uninviting lounge area with lots of litter. Small but nice size pool as the bungalows are on the ocean. Location good right on the beach which made up for it.

The standard room we booked turned out not to be a bungalow, so upon arrival we had to pay 500 baht (£12.50) per night for upgrade. Reception was not manned in morning time when I needed help with a tour.
Breakfast was very basic. The shower and tap water was coming out dirty and smelt like a sewer.
The pool is nice and location is good, right on the beach. Atm, good restaurants, foot massage, 7/11 and a chemist all within 50 meters.
Staff were friendly etc but didnt really leave having felt I got value for money at £63 per night, given what else is available nearby.
Some of the handy work is absolutely gobsmackingly sloppy with cement just thrown on to brick. For an extra £20 per night Im sitting in a private pool villa 10 minutes up the road living like a king.

Its good midrange chioce for a reasonable price. It's probably a 10 minute walk to the pumping centre of Chaweng Beach but if you've had a big night and can't ***age to crawl back, Tuk-tuk's charge between. Room was spotless and AC worked like a charm. The extremely well maintained resort has room and Bungalow.

I like this resort. The entire property was spotless regardless of the time of day. The staff was more than welcoming and was very eager to help. Location is really good on chaweng. We went to koh samui to celebrate my sons wedding and just wanted a cheap and cheerful hotel on the beach.
