DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
we had the worse experience ever.
The place is so neglected, dirty and un maintained that it is almost dangerous to stay in.
Broken asbestos,dirt every where, full of ants and other bugs in the rooms, electricity wires come out.
The service is just as bad, when we weren't happy with the room they offered another one and asked for more money....
yes the location is perfect but since covid they haven't done anything and it is well felt around.
The restaurant is broken and about to collapse.

The location is ideal only steps away from the beach. There is a swimming pool. The room has a rustic interior but felt quite dated. The beds are hard and the AC and outside creatures frogs etc made it not soo quiet to sleep. There are mosquitoes outside in the resort so consider taking a repellent.the staff were friendly and helped take our bags to our rooms. There was a tv and towels no iron and board in sight. There was no bell or phone to call staff so you’d need to walk to reception in case you needed anything.

Very old and dilapidated, do not book here! When we try to upgrade they try to charge us double of the price.
We’re Thai and they still refused to listen.
The beach house take a very long and painful walk. The hills are steep and the walkway are old.

They need a massive renovation and they don’t seem to bother to maintain it.

When we brought up the difference between real life and picture, they try to argue

The place is in such a terrible shape that we left after one night even though we paid for five night in adavnce threw booking. Has many health hazards and really poor maintanance. Ecept for a really great location, this place needs to be closed untill renovated.

We stayed there for 6 nights and had a really nice relaxing time at Bill Resort. The rooms are clean and are equipped with AC and fridge. Room service is daily and you get fresh towels for shower and also for the swimming pool. Pool is large and clean and there is also a small whirlpool. The location is nice because you're away from the crowds but you can go to Lamai walking street in about 10 minutes following the beach. What I didn't like was there where a lot of broken deck chairs and also the mattresses whery really ugly. The resort is I guess about 30 years old and there is not a lot of improvement. Even the restaurant ( what not belongs to Bill Resort) is not really nice. The beer prices are insane ( 150 bath for a large Chang) and the food is also not really tasty. But anyway I would recommend Bill Resort because of the fair room rates, clean well equipped rooms and of course the really nice pool! ????????

Bill Resort is a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly accept for the lady at the reception. Buffet style breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty to choose from. We had breakfast included and it was adequate. Good and fresh food to afforderable prices in direct beach situation.

An old resort that definitely needs renovation work. Don't expect much and you'll be alright. I would not come again.

When I was there, the massage facilities and half of the restaurant was closed, and workers in the garden made the stay less enjoyable. The room was very basic, but overall okay. TV and AC worked.

The restaurant was too pricey for me (200THB for breakfast, most dinner options for 150THB and more).
