The bungalows was ok, wi-fi Really bad. However, we wanted to book a ticket to krabi, so we talked to the Hotel in Friday in the middle of the dat and had to pay straight away, but we didnt actually get our tickets until late the night before we were going (on Sunday). Was very stressful not to know when we were leaving or if we would get our tickets in time. Furthermore, they couldn’t give us an answer of how we would travel.
At first we got on a mini-bus which we believed would take us to the ferry we took to Samui, but instead they dropped us off at a bus station. The bus drove on to the boat. When we got to the pier, we had to take another mini-bus for one hour. Then they dropped us off and we had to wait for 30 minutes, after that we got a car to another bus which oubviously was a local bus which stopped at many places and they didn’t take the highway so the trip took many hours.
All in all - when we went to Koh Samui it took us 5 hours, now when we went back, we had to change bus many times and the trip took about 9 hours. Very disappointed of the staff at this hotel! If they would have told us how we would travel we would have booked the boat and bus by ourselves.
Also, the toilets stinked terribly and the you couldn’t close the door fully, so a lot of ants and a cockroach came in. Never going back!
