Our honeymoon stay here was absolute perfection. The villas were beautiful and the service was impeccable. What really blew us away was the beach though…it’s perfectly calm with no waves! We did not realize how relaxing that would be for swimming. We will absolutely be back.

The most stunning location set amongst a private cove. We went for a ‘partial sea view villa’ which included a large infinity pool. All of the staff were exceptional, especially the villa hosts. We highly recommend paying extra for a resort like this, as it’s SO unique.

Exceptional! Stunning views, the warmest people, delicious food, a beautiful private beach, and a villa that supersedes all expectations! Paradise is a place on earth and it’s name is Banyan Tree Samui! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We were on cloud9! Lucy (the concierge) was incredible as was each and every other person we met during our stay! Thank you all:)

I am glad I picked this hotel. It just stood out. The hotel facility’s and staff were amazing. The guide of the hotel was incredible as he took us sight seeing around the island. The luxury villas were amazing and the views fascinating. It was the best choice I ever made booking here.

Villa extremely good, you can stay in and don't go out.
Spa, very good.
Service, very prompt and friendly.
The only thing that not ideal is food. Only 2 restaurants, the Saffron is good, but the other one so-so. But Atmosphere of all restaurants ate all good. So you eat the view rather than the food.

Good view on the villa. Spacious and bright. So green territories.

1. Service. Service. Service. They allocated us on the villa A11 which is between two other villas which is under renovation and there was so noisy and no privacy as the workers was around all the time.

2. I was asking to get me a bike ???? but they said that we have to go and find ourselves. FYI to walk to the nearest bike rental shop is around 1km by the road. Outside +35 a bit hot actually.

3. Waiting time for the buggy car 10 minutes…. Seriously ????

4. Staff speaking English so so bad. We tried to call to the reception with the purpose to ask them adjust the temperature in our pool. They tried to understand several times what do we need. In the end they sent two guys who completely don’t understand what to do.

5. Spa. Nice in general but overpriced for Thai. 9000 THB for two it’s a bit much for Thailand.

6. Beachfront a bit uncared. So many leaves ???? which not looks nice.

In general the hotel is fine for few days but in my opinion not worth the price.

Amazing rooms and beautiful large terraces! I'm not easily impressed, but couldn't name anything to change about these villas. Each one comes with a good size private pool and some levels also have outdoor spas as well. The showers have hand held nozzles as well as multiple rain showers (an oversized tub as well).The staff is amazing and will take action to meet your personal needs.Your personal villa host can arrange reservations, transportation or anything else you might need. Their own private beach has free snorkel gear, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and even a hobycat, a beach bar and staff to keep you hydratedin the Thai sun. Breakfast was varied and of pretty good quality. Even includes some bubbles, which are a bit sweet but a nice touch! Definitely will return!
