I stayed one week.
Despite the name, recalling the “sea”, this resort is in a kind of wood between a hill along the coast and the main road which you can barely hear if you stay towards the end of the resort area.
My bungalow, but I think they are all the same, was very very simple but clean and nice, especially from outside. Unfortunately the bed, though huge, was definitely too hard, never slept on such a mattress before, like laying on the floor...
good WiFi connection, pretty pool, funny blackbirds, nice and gentle personnel but consider that the reception is manned for a few hours during the day. 5 minutes walk to the beach so, if you’re looking for something with a very interesting price but you haven’t great demands, and most of all you can really sleep in such a hard mattress, then this is the right place for you.

The room is nice. Basic. But the smell of humid is strong. The staffs was nice. Not much worker here. Hard to find the stuff in day time lol.
It is near the beach walking distance. We liked it the place. The supermarket is near.. ❤️

Not that great really! Breakfast is lousy.
Staff doesn't speak English at all. So communication is almost non-existent.
The bungalows are a little old school and the bathroom and shower are very primitive looking. It's like an apartment bathroom from the 80's or a housing project. It gets too wet and humid inside. The resort next to this one looks more promising and the beach is closer to it!!!

Lovely place and beach, friendly staff. The houses are very nice.
But beware of the surprise bills at the end of your stay. Food quality is much better in Downtown Lamei and the beach house/restaurant next door.

Very bad bungalows and bad reception scam*
She charges 3% more when payment with card without knowing.
And unpleasants attitude i get, also when asking to changes room because many bugs, spider in the room.. she wont allow.
So this rate i get quiet expensive, around 3600bth 4 night.

Here now. Can park here for 100baht. Great for the beach here.
