After having a disastrous experience in the hotel next door (see my review of KC Beach Club), we arrived at this hotel just wanting a clean, well-maintained hotel. Safe to say that this resort beat all expectations. The whole resort feels like a small oasis and the rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Service was super friendly across the hotel and the swimming pool (and bar in the swimming pool) cannot be beat. We also had breakfast and dinner at the resort and both were very good and reasonably priced. We only stayed for 2 nights before moving on, but it was with pain in our hearts that we left and it was by far the best stay we had during our trip in Thailand.

Rooms may need a bit decoration, but everything was very clean, spacious and functional. Everything was amazing for a reasonable price. The service is great and the people are just amazing. The location is excellent, you have the beach and the city just next to you. The bar/restaurant is super nice, just next to the beach. We were super happy with this hotel!

Just returned home from our third visit to Banana Fan. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly making us feel very welcome. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect location right on the beach.
Special mention to Bill who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Could not fault Banana Fan and we will definitely be back in the near future.

Most incredible hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff here are the best I’ve ever experienced, really polite and go way above and beyond my expectations. Food was delicious. You can also use the paddle boards and kayak in the sea as a customer. I’d highly recommend and didn’t want to leave!

Definitely on my top favourite hotel list! I got a chance to stay here with my friends for 2 nights and came back here in 2 weeks to stay another 7 nights with my boyfriend! Everyone was so nice, friendly and very helpful here from the front staff, security guards, cleaners and staff at the restaurant.

Besides the perfect ambience, great location, comfy bed, delicious breakfast and hotel restaurant I also love how good the water pressure is in a bathroom. It feels so nice and fresh taking a shower with strong water stream after a hot sunny day.

Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable. We will come back again for sure!

We spent wonderful 2 weeks here and couldn’t ask for more. Everything was excellent. The resort is beautiful with lots of green. Everything is super clean and the rooms very nice. Location is superb. Right on the beach which is also very clean and great for kids especially when the tide is low. The infinity pool is also great.
What’s best about the place though is the wonderful staff. Everyone was so so friendly - especially to our 5 year old daughter. Special thanks to Diamond - you are great and we hope to be back some day. We already miss this place.

Wonderful service and ambience! The waiters in the restaurant and the receptionists are very polite and welcoming, the live concerts are great and the dinner on the beach is amazing! We were there on our honeymoon and we would love to come back to this place which I can't tell about other hotels in Thailand we've stayed at.
