I was always taken care of. Very reasonably priced for all you get. ***y tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel is located just next to a shopping mall. I think the amazing part of the hotel is the executive lounge. In terms of the room all well cleaned. The traffic connections are very good.

I booked double deluxe room. With a birthday setting. Room quite big. Toilet is clean. Inside the room have air conditioning, safety box and refrigerator. But deduct one (1) star due to no ironing facilities and the hotel didn't reply my email asking whether got iron or not.

My wife and I recently stayed here on a 10 day trip. The room ambience is cozy and very clean. A spectacular hotel with a special place in my heart. Our room at the end of the hall was quiet. The bathroom was a great size. The bathroom alone fits a family.

Staffs are very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean upon arrival. A shopping mall is reasonably close. Easy access to tourist attractions. I liked their strong coffee in the morning. The traffic is easy to navigate. Hopefully we will be returning in the near future with a child.

Sulart and james are too friendly and helpful. Very convenient hotel next to a mall. The hotel is located at a wonderful location. The response from the ***ager has been excellent. The hotel employees were very helpful. I was generally pleased with the room. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort.

My room was next to the road. Noisy until after midnight. Nice room. Good wifi

No water in the morning for 2 nights in a row. Day stuff very helpful, night staff non-responsive. Disappointing experience.
