Worst Hotel i have been to in this price range.
As you can see in the pics, everything here is dirty and run down.
Nothing works, not even the water in the showers runs well.
A/C is so loud u cant sleep and curtains dont block the sun.
We stayed one night after having booked 6. Luckily our travel agent responded quickly and relocated us immediately.
Terrible hotel.
There is only a reception safe and it is unguarded half the day. Took us 45 minutes to find someone to recover our passports.
Dont come here! Ever!

Here is very good view, but the room is quite old very kind staff but service be slow. Personally, I like this place because it looks privets . But if I come again, I would like to improve for new room and the air conditioner that is not cold at all.

About invoice already 2-3years, not paid yet and nobody call back to clear bills! Come on please do what you have to do and everybody will be happy, thanks.

The hotel is old but pleasant.The rooms need a major update.More power points near mirrors is required.Better lighting near mirrors.
Maybe hairdryers and iron plus ironing board in room.We came and was in a superior room.One very large bed and one single.The view was of a busy.
We upgraded to a deluxe.3 single beds with large patio overlooking the the pool and see.Room 3205.Beautiful.Would recommend this resort.Just needs updating.Resturant staff are miserable.Housekeeping was lovely.Reception staff have limited English.Used translation a lot.

Nothing good to say about this place. Booked the Grand Deluxe sea view suite and a jacuzzi suite. The former had no hot water for my entire 4 night stay. The latter had a faulty door locked and we had to be downgraded. When they couldn’t get hot water ???? for my suite, they offered to ‘upgrade’ me to the now fixed door at the jacuzzi suite. Con artist! No offer to compensate or give us any discount. Non English speaking staff. Service staff was poor and unmotivated. 95% of the guests were Russians and Ukrainians. The staff could not communicate with them. Located at the southern end of Lamai beach. I cannot understand why the google rating of this hotel is so good. Not recommended. In fact, best to boycott this place.

The resort is very peaceful with the sound of the waves as a constant background sound track. Minimart, restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance. Dao, the owner, was lovely and arranged pick up and drop off to and from the airport. The hotel is definitively not worth the money.
