Friendly place. We stayed there in May 2022 and it was almost empty. We had a basic bungalow 20 feet from Lamai Beach. It’s a short walk to the market and also to the main tourist street that runs along the beach. The room was small but clean. The pool is across the street in the large building but it was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Cockroaches ???? We stayed for 1 night but I couldn't even sleep in my room after I saw a cockroach. I had to sleep in my friend's room. We left first thing in the morning... Shook out all my stuff... Thankfully they had gotten out of my stuff but there was one still on the towel hanging up ????

The staff are lovely and friendly and the location is amazing but the cockroaches obviously ruin it. We were given one of the really old rooms. There is a new building in the hotel which I'm sure is much nicer.

Value wise this was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. Nice pool and across the street is the beach. Located in Lamai which is always a plus. When the tourists are coming back this is a great hotel to stay in. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. Need any help with anything just ask him and he helps. Speaks very good english! Will stay here again!

Fantastic stay here, the entire place is nice and clean including pool, lovely rooms and staff are great close to shops bars and beach just across the road, not expensive etheir, i couldn't fault it in any way, absolutely brilliant.

This hotel is quite run down. Rooms and Pool area needs some care.
The owner and the staff on the other hand is amazing. They fix everything at your request.

Location is great and quiet.

I do recommend this Hotel if you want to live cheap and dont care about Room standard.

Where the hotel is located it is really quiet. We had a really nice room overlooking the pool. The ***ager was SO nice. London-Phil is correct in the following: The location is excellent. Paying just under SEK 400 per night I find this place a great value for the money.

I stayed here for 5 nights with a room overlooking the pool which was perfect 4 me as I like 2 do laps. Piya and his staff were wonderful and could not do enough 4 me. I also had the choice of staying over the road in a beach bungalow as I stayed there twice b4 so opted 4 the hotel with pool this time. Great location and no noise at nightime and lovely beach. I will be back. Cheers
