Rooms are good value, although the hotel could do with a little bit of tlc. Staff are super friendly and helped organise a scooter easily for us. Location is right on the beach, which is great for swimming and snorkelling. Pity the food isn’t of a great standard. We liked it enough to stay for an additional three days.

Double booking with Agoda. But they resolved the issue for us, and gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

The owner and all the staff were super friendly and funny. Next time on Koh Phangan I’ll stay here again.

We booked 4 nights for 34€ per night w/o breakfast. The hotel is quite old. There are a lot of little ants everywhere, but that's OK for us.
The location at salad beach is perfect. If you want to see other places, you definitely need a scooter.

Staff (one man show) was above and beyond helpful. His background is in tourism and he helped me with booking a bike, suggestions for hikes and beaches and made sure I had everything I needed. I was upgraded to a sea view room and had a nice big clean room. Shower was hot and pressure was amazing. Have to request cleanings, but they are prompt and efficient. It is far from most things, but I didn’t mind renting a scooter and self touring one bit. Property was beautiful and clean and Haad salad is by far one of the best beaches on Koh Phangan. Thank you thank you!

Rooms are A1, facilities outside the room need some TLC u0026 are run down. The rooms overlooking the pool and sea are fantastic.

Great experience, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Room is large and spacious with an awesome views of the pool and ocean.
