Went in Jun 2017. Nice friendly people! Happy to meet a fellow Canadian there. We went snorkeling and it was a bit of a ride to Ban Tai but well worth. Amazing clear water and pretty fish! The instructors were very helpful and concerned about their snorkelers as well as the divers. Nice lunch and lots of drinks if needed. Also arrived back in time as they had arranged a taxi for us to catch back to the ferry.
Only issue is I didn't like that people could smoke on the boat (even if at the back).

Staff rather uninterested in helping and being there for the divers, sort of unfriendly attitude. After having taken Open Water Diver certificate a few days before with another diving school on Koh Samui, there was a huge gap noticeable in terms of professionalism, service mindset and getting the feeling of safety first

Went to enquire about a dive and had a great chat. He said to come back and handed me a leaflet with the opening times. Went back two hours before closing to book and they were shut. Emailed to see if I could still dive and two days later, still no reply. Booked with the other dive school instead. Disappointing.

Wir waren im Santhiya Resort untergebracht und die Tauchbasis ist fußläufig über den Strand erreichbar. Danke an Gert für die tollen Dives und die guten Gespräche bei nem Deko-Bier. :-)
