Wow! It was amazing experience :)
Owner/ chef Mr. Andrea is kind hearted man, making amazing pastas!
Andrea let my children experience how to make pasta, one of my son doesn't like pasta so much , but he loved all the Andrea's pasta we ordered.
Thank you so much and we will definitely come again.
Staff are very friendly as well :)

Best Pasta maker on the island - I guess even in Thailand :)
They do all pasta by their own hands (tagliatelle, papardelle, spaghetti, ravioli ect ect) without any help of machines. You can even watch how they make it, so interesting. But the best part of it is obviously eating the pasta:) Highly recommended! We went there 4 times because we were so happy. And everytime we tried a new dish - one better than the other - 100% like in Italy (I think even in Italy it’s „rare“ to find such a place) On top the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. Such a good athmosphere and we spoke also to Andrea the Pasta Master - he has so many years of experience and teaches it to the other staff. I higly recommend to try the tortelli di patate dolci - a creation of the Master and I think it was the best stuffed pasta I have ever tried!

Good lord the hand made pasta here is out of this world. I had the lasagne (spelling?) and my wife had cabonara and both were amazing. Hers had perfect crispy bacon and aldente pasta... mine was light, soft, and balanced amazingly.

The wine by the glass was 180.. so on par with a cocktail in this part of the world at this point in time, but it was good wine!

Hope you try the food here, its worth it!

Others menu also very nice with homemade pasta

Best pasta we had in 20 years. Hand made pasta made by the chef in front of you. Excellent service and friendly staff. We'll go back again and again to try everything on the menu.

Best pasta on the island. End of story. I recommend you go for the cheesecake if they have it as we found it was the best one. We were all very happy with our food and the chef even offers to let you see the process of making the fresh pasta. A must ????

If you have a craving for pasta, but are at this beautiful djungle island, then „The Rolling Pin“ is your place to be. Homemade noodles with lovely waiters. Trust the meal recommendation of Andrea, if you can talk to him. Absolutely delicious! I will definitely come again!
