When we arrived the staff seemed in a bit of a rush to check us in. We sat down to get out passports out and got called over to the desk at least three times, once we were ready we went over, paid the deposit and got shown to our room. We were grateful that our bags were carried for us as our room was a good few minutes up stairs and a big hill!

A couple of minutes after getting to the room two members of staff were at the door. We opened it and they didn’t say anything, just rushed in and swept the floor then left without saying anything ????????u200d♀️

Our room was basic but relatively nice, other than millipedes getting in under the door multiple times a day. We kept an eye out for them after the first couple and just brushed them outside with a paper bag.

The water pressure in the shower was dreadful, the sink was okay though and the shower by the pool had good pressure too.

The pool was really nice, there’s a shallow end with seats and a very deep part too! It’s a great size, great for swimming. The only issue with the pool was there were often young children there with no supervision, they were throwing water pistols, climbing up on the rocks and jumping off making us feel very uneasy and it would have been so easy for one of them to be seriously injured.

Any interactions we had with staff we were made to feel like an inconvenience! They were not at all helpful and made us feel like a problem.

We didn’t have any food at the hotel so can’t comment on that but there is a really nice cafe just up the road.

There is a beach just outside of the hotel, there’s lots of rubbish on the beach though and we didn’t go in the sea as it was very murky and lots of boats there.

The first few nights I didn’t understand why the hotel has such bad reviews. It’s very much a budget hotel the rooms are showing their age and need some refurbishment. But for the price it’s good value for money. Also has a decent pool.

When we first arrived the safe was broken but they fixed it reasonably quickly.

Towards the end of our stay the cleaners did not replace the toilet roll, despite cleaning our room twice. Not a massive issue I went to reception to ask for some. I stood in reception for a good 5 minutes while all the staff finished their conversation, completely ignoring me. After asking they made some joke about it in Thai, all started laughing and continued to ignore me. Eventually they said someone would bring it to the room.

A while later two staff members looking absolutely miserable, like we had severely inconvenienced them arrived to change the toilet roll. Came into the room, said nothing and with not even a smile they took the toilet roll into the bathroom and walked off. They didn’t even bother changing it properly.

What should of been a reasonable request completely ruined my view of this hotel.

The other reviews are right, the staff here are unbelievable rude. For that reason alone I would not recommend staying here

Very bad. After 2 months of traveling around Local Islands we end up here by an accident. And everything was bad. Very expensive hotel for the service they provide. My husband god sick after carbonara, we found weird stuff in a soup for kids. Not of the order has been done properly, they always messed up and never said sorry. Everything is a trap, taxi, Local Very expensive shops, Bikes that has a Very bad condition. Everywhere are flyies. The cleaning Lady’s were angry to us and always come after baby sleeps. And the last think we buy there tickets to boat to samui for 350/person when the Real price was only 150.

Unclean rooms, Very bad personal, Very Very Very bad restaurant, service they provide is a trap!

The hotel dont even look like on pictures. Dont go there.

This was really not worthy. We stay just because my husband god sick from the Food and we were to tired to relocate. But we never eat here again. Breakfast do not take from here, its Very bad!

Awful hotel.

The staff don’t give a ….

In the room the safe doesn’t work, the tap doesn’t work, the walls are paper thin, you have to walk to the 5th floor with your own bags.

The balconies have no privacy.

Everyone can look into your room .

Me and my girlfriend have been traveling for 2 months straight, lived in MANY different hotels/hostels, and we have never had a problem with anyone before. The experience in Haad Yao Baiview was the worst ever. The staff are extremely rude, don’t want to talk to you and are not helpful at all. We bought transportation from Koh phangan to Bangkok, and when we were supposed to check out and give the keys back to the motorbike guy, they said he is not there and it’s our problem. He has our passport for a deposit so we cannot leave without it. Bad service, staff 1/10. Never had a problem with staff before but the ladies working in reception are just acting like idiots for no reason.

Was having a beer and a Nice chat when i Saw the manager yelling at the ONLY customers but US saying the kids were being too loud at the pool. The family left and so did i. Saw the staff throwing Trash to the ocean, I was shocked.Do not come here.

We ordered every morning pancake with pinapple and after 3 days, they finally bring pinnaple one and not with banana.I also had a big toilet problem with carbonara spagetti.Two stars for spacious room with nice view.But in general the hotel is not worthy compared to price per night.
