We paid around 900baht for 4 nights and it was truly amazing. Lovely view of the sea and very close to Haad Rin beach. Pro tip: there's a shortcut that helps you avoid a giant steep hill. Just jump over the barbed wire and you will end up very close to the beach entrance!

This is a really beautiful property with a friendly staff. It's nice and secluded from town so it's quite peaceful, but that also makes it a bit difficult to find and access with a huge hill between it and haad rin. So it's a trade-off but overall I found it worth it. The biggest pain was walking into town for meals. The hotel just up the hill is a good option for decent prices on tasty food (by the very very low standards of haad rin) but small portions. There is no beach access but there is a beautiful rocky shore and it's not difficult to get in the water. The wifi is fast but only on the main patio. The wifi will reach some of the rooms but not all. Bungalows are basic but clean and comfy enough. By backpacker standards they are posh. I would like to see them provide a way to fill up water bottles on the property such as an RO filtered tap or 19L dispenser which are common in other places I have stayed in Thailand. It's not easy to lug a large water bottle in from town. So it's wasteful of plastic and also inconvenient for guests. Overall, I wouldn't visit haad rin again but if I did I would definitely stay here versus on the beach. Despite my complaints about the place I think it's the best option in this budget range.

The place is just magic, the views of the sea from the little wood houses is amazing. I don't think we had hot water in the shower but it was somehow living in the nature.
The staff was nice and helpfull, they even had some colorfull makeup for the party and nice coffe in the morning.

The hammock in the little terrase is gorgeous, had a nice time there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, in fact I'm still here but its a very private, beautiful place close to the party place (Haad Rin beach) but far away enough so u can get a night's rest. People that own the place are lovely and deserve a shout out for their kindness, patience and hospitality. Thank you (ขอบคุณ) :)

Simple accommodation facing east, so you can view the sunrise. Within 10 minutes walk of the center of Haad Rin. Staffed by the lovely owner and his family, so you are always welcomed with a smile and has nice, cheap, tasty food and fruit juices are a must. If you are a Full Moon Party attendee, then this is close enough to the action, and far away enough that you will get some sleep.

The chalet I stayed in was down a dangerous path and there were no lights, I fell and hurt myself quite badly.
